Ingredients
350gramspenne or other pasta with holes
250gramscanned salmonwithout the water
170gramslow-fat mayonnaise
250gramslow fat strained yoghurt
2tablespoonpickled cucumbercut into slices
2tablespooncapers
2tablespoonolivesin slices
6-8piececherry tomatoes
2piecespring onionsin slices
1/2 piecebunch of dilljust the leaves, finely chopped
2tablespoonolive oil

Instructions
Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and add two tablespoons of olive oil to prevent sticking. Set aside to cool to room temperature.
In a deep bowl, combine the pasta, salmon (in large pieces, well-drained from the canned liquid), halved cherry tomatoes, sliced olives, finely chopped dill, fresh onions, sliced pickled cucumber, and capers (rinse and drain them well before adding).
Gently mix the ingredients together, being careful not to break up the salmon.
In a separate bowl, combine the strained yogurt, mayonnaise, and a pinch of pepper. Mix well.
Pour the yogurt mixture over the pasta bowl and stir to combine all the ingredients. Cover the bowl with transparent wrap and refrigerate.
Serve the macaroni salad with salmon chilled.
