Ingredients
200gramswholemeal flour
80mlsunflower oil
80mlhoney
100gramsbrown sugar
1pieceegg
100gramschocolate drops
1soup spoonbroken flaxseed
1soup spoonchia seeds
1piecevanillin
1tablespoonbaking powder
1pinchsalt
Instructions
In the mixer bowl, whisk together the egg, brown sugar, honey, and sunflower oil with a wire whisk until the ingredients are well combined, and the sugar has dissolved.
Remove the bowl from the mixer and add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla extract, ground flaxseed, chia seeds, and chocolate chips. Mix and knead the dough with your hands.
The dough will be sticky, but don't worry about it; avoid adding more flour.
Cover the dough with transparent wrap and refrigerate for an hour to firm up.
Preheat the oven to 180℃ (350℉)
Grease a baking sheet with oil. Take the dough out of the fridge and, using a spoon, take a small amount of dough and shape it into a ball.
Place the ball on the baking sheet, making sure they don't touch each other, as the cookies will spread during baking.
Bake for only 15 minutes on the upper and lower heating elements of the oven.
Initially, the cookies will be soft, but they will harden as time passes.
Notes
Note: Be careful not to let the cookies touch each other on the baking sheet as they spread while baking.
