Ingredients
For the salad:
150gramsCretan anthotyro cheese
1Lettuce
1/2Avocadothinly sliced
3Boiled eggs
10Cherry tomatoeshalved
1/2 Cucumber, sliced
1bell pepper (Florina pepper)finely diced
2fresh spring onionsfinely chopped
2tbspsdill
For the dressing:
1/4cupolive oil
2tbspsmild mustard
2tbspswhite balsamic vinegar
1/2orange juice
salt

Instructions
Clean, wash, and dry the lettuce, keeping only the tender leaves. Tear the leaves into pieces by hand.
Place the lettuce in a large bowl.
Peel the avocado and cut it into thin slices and put it in the bowl with the lettuce.
Cut the cherry tomatoes in half, the cucumber into slices, the Florini pepper into small squares, the green onions chopped and the dill chopped and mix well.
Then we prepare the dressing by mixing all the ingredients well in a bowl and pour over our salad.
Finally, add the eggs cut in half and put the anthotyro cheeseon top in the center of the salad.
Optionally, drizzle some olive oil over the cheese and serve.
