Ingredients
For the salad:
200gramsspinachleaves only
1- 1/2cupstrawberriescut in half
1pieceripe avocadocut into slices
100gramsblue cheesein pieces
1/2bunchdillfinely chopped, just the leaves
2tablespoonalmond fillet
1/2bunchchopped chivesor spring onion only the white part chopped
For the Dressing:
10piecestrawberriescut into small pieces
3tablespoonolive oil
1tablespoonpetimezior honey
2tablespoonred balsamic vinegar
salt
freshly ground pepper
Instructions
Clean and wash the spinach leaves, then drain them in a colander and place them in a deep bowl.
Add the halved strawberries, sliced avocado, and sprinkle the crumbled blue cheese over the salad.
Sprinkle the finely chopped dill and chives over the salad, and gently toss to combine.
Refrigerate the salad, covered with plastic wrap, for 15 minutes to chill.
Prepare the dressing just before serving by blending all the dressing ingredients in a food processor until smooth. Drizzle the dressing over the salad.
Finally, sprinkle with slivered almonds and serve.
