Pear and Chocolate Tart Recipe

Instructions
Thaw the phyllo dough pastry block in the refrigerator from the previous day.
Melt the chocolate almond butter with cocoa, along with butter and sugar in a double boiler. Once ready, let it cool thoroughly.
Add the egg, almond powder, flour, cinnamon, and salt, and mix well.
Preheat the oven to 350℉ (180℃)
Grease a 24 cm tart pan very well with butter.
Open the phyllo dough and place it in the tart pan, covering the bottom and the sides.
Pour the tart mixture and smooth it with a spoon.
Cut the excess phyllo dough with a knife.
Clean the pears, cut them in half, remove the core and seeds, and place them on the surface of the tart with the cut side down.
Bake the tart for 45-50 minutes, depending on the oven
Allow it to cool and serve.
Notes
Tips
: Instead of chocolate almond butter, you can use any other nut butter with chocolate or tahini with chocolate.
