For the Dressing:

Instructions
Wash and dry the salad greens thoroughly.
In a large bowl, combine the greens with the sliced radishes, grated carrot, crushed walnuts, and cranberries.
Prepare the dressing by combining all the dressing ingredients in a bowl and mixing well with a whisk.
Gradually pour the dressing over the salad, tossing until all the ingredients are coated.
Transfer the salad to a serving bowl and garnish with Parmesan flakes, orange segments, and sliced pasteli. Drizzle with a little more dressing.
