Ingredients for the Yuvarlakia:
1Kgminced beef
1pieceegg
1piecedry oniongrated on a coarse grater
4piecespring onionsfinely chopped, only the white part
4tablespoonNihaki or Caroline rice
3tablespoondillfinely chopped
3tablespoonparsleyfinely chopped
4pieceFlorina peppersgrated on a coarse grater
1/2teacupolive oil
1teaspoonsweet paprika
1teaspoonspice powder
salt
Pepper
For the tomato sauce:
1piecedry onionfinely chopped
2pieceFlorina pepperscut into small squares
3teacupfresh tomatograted on a coarse grater without the seeds
2teacupchicken stock or water
1/2teacupolive oil
1teaspoonsweet paprika
1teaspoonsweet chilli
salt

Instructions
In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the yuvarlaki and shape them very well. Refrigerate until you are ready to use the dough, covered with plastic wrap.
