Crispy Sweet Potato Fries with Zesty Yogurt Dip Recipe

For the Dip:

Instructions
Wash and clean the sweet potatoes, then cut them into thin slices.
Place them in a bowl and add olive oil, dried oregano, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
Mix well to coat the sweet potatoes thoroughly.
Arrange them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper, placing each slice next to the other.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200℃ (325℉) for about 25 minutes, depending on your oven. Allow them to cool well.
Allow them to cool well.
In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for the yogurt dip and refrigerate.
Serve the sweet potato fries with the cool yogurt dip and a bottle of white or rosé wine.
